About The Event

Ride cost will be Rs 250/person (including food and 1 Kg complementary mangoes)

  • We are planning to start Mango ride around 4am.
  • Mango farms are located at Mudireddypally, Mahbubnagar. (80 kms one way)
  • We will have breakfast around 7:30am to 8:00am at Shadnagar (50km) from Gachibowli.
  • Reach Mango Farm around 10am. Have mangoes and lots of fun in the garden. Thereafter, relax and have lunch.
  • Riders can relax in the garden after lunch also or can ride back or travel back.
  • Car pooling while returning among the riders families or friends possible.
  • 1kg of complementary Mangoes to each rider.
  • Additional kgs if needed, inform in advance since mangoes needed to be plucked 5 to 6 days prior to othe ride date to ripen naturally.
  • Full Sag support(Technical Support) will be provided on the way.
  • Special Jersey for Mango ride is optional to choose.
  • HBC Transport is optional, one can even come back via State Run Buses or any other mode of Transport.
  • Families of riders can also join with prior intimation in Google form(They can come by personal transport). Mangoes can be delivered at hbc bike station on request basis.
  • Homemade Food, 100 % vegetarian which includes roitis, rice, ragi java, buttermilk, lemon juice, sweet.
  • One can take RTC Bus as well (Fare is Rs 100/head from Mahbubnagar to Shamshabad and thereafter Cab sharing will cost Rs 30/head)

1) Age limit for the event?

 

Ride is for 80 kms one way, no age limit if parents are riding with the kids.
 
2) Are kids allowed if yes may i know the ticket price ?
 
Yes, Below 7 yrs no ticket is required.
 
3) Will you provide bicycle from your end if yes may i know the charges ?
 
Bicycles will be provided from HBC Bike Station, Gachibowli.
 
Rs 100/day rent
Rs 100/person membership fee

 

 

Terms & Conditions

1. Please choose the event carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non- transferable and cannot be modified.

2. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, cramps, fatigue, dehydration, complications arising out of pre-existing medical conditions, accidents, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

3. You agree that Hyderabad Bicycling Club and associated companies or entities that organize the Event shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the Event.

4. You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interests of your health and event safety.

5. You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the Event.

6. You acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by Hyderabad Bicycling Club or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion and administration of the Event and for the compilation of statistical information.

7. You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, the organizers reserve the right to stop/ cancel/ postpone the Event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.

8. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

9. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).

10. Please carry your Govt. approved ID card at time of event for issuing of bicycles.
