Dr Prashant Gupta has rich corporate and academic experience of about 40 years. He initially worked with M/s. Bharat Electronics Ltd., Bangalore and Ghaziabad for about seven years in Development and Engineering Department in various positions. After that, he worked with M/s. Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) for 23 years in various positions. He was Unit Head of RIICO Watch Unit. He has visited various countries viz. France, U.K., Germany, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong etc. for business development, technical training and Management Development Programs. He has worked with Institute of Management, Nirma University for more than six years. His areas of specialization are Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Strategic Management. He has been associated with Consultancy / Management Development Programs for organizations like Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Indian Aluminium Company, IPCL Limited, Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited etc.
Dr. Nidhi Vashishth, a PHD in Training & Development & Gold medalist in Masters of HRM , Nidhi is a HRD & OD Trainer - Consultant involved with interventions like 360DF, Competency Mapping, HRD Audit, and Assessment and Development Centers.
