Who is teaching?
Saraswathi Vasudevan, along with her husband Sundar Ganesan, founded YogaVahini, a highly specialized healing and training centre based in Chennai. With nearly 2 decades of study and teaching experience in the classical tradition of yoga firmly rooted in the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali and a personalized approach to yoga and yoga therapy, their work addresses the needs and challenges of the modern times. Combining the traditional approach with an eclectic array of contemporary training methods, the teachings of Patanjali will be brought alive through this 3-day workshop. While Sundar brings in the flavour of oral tradition through chanting, Saraswathi will present the essence of the text in a manner that is simple, practical and deeply engaging.
