Six Sigma Green Belt(SSGB) Certification is a confirmation of acquired level of individual's capabilities and knowledge of managing and bringing process improvements by using data door approach of Six Sigma. This course is inline with Internationally Certified ASQ(American Society for Quality). Completion of this training also provides 45 PDU(Professional Development Units) which may be utilized towards maintenance of other Credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP and so on.

Individuals who want to acheive Green Belt Credential / to participate & support in Six Sigma Projects / to showcase their Quality Leadership strengths in the organization.


None as such, anyone can take the SSGB certification. Although, we recommend Individuals to have a good amount of atleast couple of years experience in Corporate/Industry/Business to undertand the practical application of Six Sigma Concepts.

Course Objective

To provide competency which is sum total of knowledge, skill and experience (hands-on practice) on Six Sigma Green Belt topics by training the Green belts in elementary Minitab usage and then verify level/ degree of competence through certification process. 


Class room training session held at reputed Hotels in the city. Highly interactive session including run through Minitab training, case studies, practice sessions and project identification exercises. Participants are expected to bring their laptop for exercises. 

Training Format

Armadillo Consultants conducts a 3 days training program leading to Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The training is either conducted continuously for 3 days or spread over the period of 2 weeks-ends and public holidays to enable the working executives to complete the course without affecting their work and career.

Exam and SSGB Credential Award

Post Training, Six Sigma Course related exam will be conducted in paper format with duration of 1 Hour with 45 Multiple Choice Questions with no negative marking. In order to pass, scoring 60% is mandatory, out of 45 Questions one should score 27 or more correct answers. Evaluation will be done at Spot by the Trainer. SSGB Credential will be awarded upon successful pass of the exam only.
2nd Attempt: In case, one does not pass with the desired score - A further 1 week timeframe will be provided for revision of content and retake of exam at no extra cost. The retake of exam will be in online format and details will be shared to such individuals at no extra cost.
3rd & Subsequent Attempts: In case, one could not take the exam in the specified 1 week timeframe or fails in the 2nd Attempt, one can avail the re-attempt of exam by paying the re-exam fee of 20% of the original price paid for the course training.
