This two-day course teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework ® (SAFe ® ). You’ll learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe ® Agilist (SA). However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SA certification exam. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).The SAFe Agilist certification program is for executives, managers and Agile change agents responsible for leading a Lean-Agile change initiative in a large software enterprise. It validates their knowledge in applying the Scaled Agile Framework, lean thinking, and product development flow principles in an enterprise context so they can lead the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework. Attendees may be eligible to apply for 16 PDUs toward continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP or PMI-ACP certifications Attendees may be eligible to apply SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance Attendees who pass the exam will receive: The class registration includes: CSPO, PMI-ACP, CSP, SPC4

Tushar is a dynamic and result oriented Agile Trainer, Transformation
Methodologist and Coach with more than 22 years of total experience in
industry. During his tenure he has worked with various product and service
organizations and enjoys his passion for enterprise level Agile Transformation,
Agile Coaching and Agile Training.
He strongly believes in continuous improvement and continuous learning and
treasures a rich experience in traditional to agile transformation assignments
with a multi-million portfolio in Insurance Claims Management (BFSI domain),
Telecom Billing (BSS and CRM domain) and in Clinical Research (Healthcare
domain).
He is a voracious reader, speaks in various Agile Meet-ups and Conferences.
Very recently he has authored two books on Agile Transformation and Agile
coaching, namely;
