A: At Kenna Management, Trainer will be your coach and mentor for ITIL. Trainers at Kenna are experts from the Industry with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
Q: How many credits do I get?
A: As prescribed by AXELOS, participants will earn 1.5 credits after completing ITIL Foundation training and certification.
Q: How many PDU’s will I get?
A: For ITIL Foundation training and certification, participant will get 16 PDUs
Q: What is the difference between Kenna and Prometric centre?
A: Kenna Management is an Organization providing training and certification for corporates and individuals, Accredited by EXIN as Accredited Training Organization (ATO). Whereas Prometric provides only Examination providing organization. It is not accredited by anybody as ATO.
