Some Applications of Parse -
Parse is a Backend-as-a-service provider which enables you to focus on the business logic of the product and not worry of the backend code.
Parse's powerful API can be used to develop almost every application that is available - from Push notifications to Facebook and Twitter integrations, sessions management, user maintenance.
Accelerating the development process, it enables you to develop applications faster - be it to have a quick beta version, a prototype, an app for a hackathon, or even a full fledged app with hundreds of thousands of users.
In less than 5 hours, you can create fully-functional apps like: Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Uber, Medium, TOI and many other apps.
Parse was a framework under Facebook, and although Facebook says to have discontinued it, they have released the source code and it can be uploaded on a private server easily and still be used in the same way, making a one-line change to the application to redirect it to the new server.
