Key Takeaways:-
Innovation-driven leadership is essential for the success product businesses. In spite of producing a huge number of graduate engineers every year, India seem to lack top technical talent required for the business operations in India. Specifically in the Indian context, there is a paradox about technical career path (TCP.) Businesses are struggling to find innovative and high-quality technical talent and retain them. India's tech titans are looking for talent from Silicon Valley. On the other hand, highly talented individuals do not often choose to grow in the technical career path. Those who have chosen TCP are frustrated sometimes by lack of growth opportunities where they work. This talk first addresses those who aspire to grow in the technical career path: what are the different flavors in TCP and how does one grow in TCP?
