Workout to climb better at Redpoint, Tuesday, 6:00 PM.

This group workout will last about 2 hours.

What do we do?

- Stretching excersices on the wall

- Balance board

- Finger board

- Pull ups

- Campusing

- Most moves

- Inverted rows

- Inverted row hold

- Endure on the wall

Do some bouldering:

Indoor Bouldering wall at Redpoint Climbing Cafe has about 20 sequences between 4a to 7a grades (French grading). It takes about 2-3 climbing days for an average beginner climber to climb 4c+ sequences indoors.

Things to bring:

1) Climbing Shoes - You can rent climbing shoes at Redpoint for Rs. 100 if you dont have your own shoes.

2) Come in shorts or track pants and T shirt.
3) Redpoint has change rooms. You can get your climbing wear in a bag and change here.

 Cost:

Climbing wall day pass (Rs. 150) + Club donation (Rs. 50) = Rs. 200

Rs. 100 extra if you are renting shoes.
