In order to commend the experts in the Indian Restaurant industry, Franchise India and Zomato recently organized the prestigious Indian Restaurant Awards 2011 at Hotel Claridges, Surajkund.
Commenting on the awards, Mr. Gaurav Marya (President, Franchise India Holdings Limited) said, “The premium focus of Indian Restaurant Awards is to create recognition for various industry experts who are part of the affluent restaurant industry. Masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor was the chief guest for the occasion. The awards also witnessed scintillating performance by Mansi Scott. In all, there were 26 award categories spanning across different industry verticals. Using a fair and rigorous award process, following people were selected for various awards:

The awards ceremony was a part of Indian Restaurant Congress 2011, a two day national conference where renowned chefs, restaurant operators, and F&B experts came together and discussed about the growing consumer demand for quality dining experiences.
