About The Event

These Indian Open tennis Rules are promulgated by the Gareeb Guide Indian Open Tennis (GIOT) Committee for the purpose of ensuring the orderly and fair administration of the Indian Open Tennis Tournament. Each player entrant in a Indian Open Tennis Tournament agrees as a condition of such entry to abide by and be subject to these Indian Open Tennis Rules, which hereinafter includes the Indian Open Tennis Tournament Regulations and the Indian Open Tennis Code of Conduct, as amended from time to time by the GIOT Committee.

 

The Gareeb Guide Indian Open Tennis Committee (“GIOT”) is responsible for the coordination of the general management, direction, financial control and government of the Tournament including but not limited to the clarification and resolution of all matters or disputes pertaining thereto and the promulgation, administration and enforcement of these Indian Open Tennis Rules.

 

All players entering Indian Open Tennis Tournament agree, as a condition of their entry, that for themselves, their executors, administrators, heirs and personal representatives, all claims of any kind, nature and description are waived, including past, present or future claims and injuries, if any, sustained in travelling to or from, or participating in, a Indian Open Tennis Tournament, as against the Indian Open Tennis Committee and the organisers and sponsors of the tournament.

  • All players in each category at qualifying round will be distributed in groups as A, B, C, D.....
  • Group names will be allotted on first-come-first method (registrations consideration)
  • Each group contains 8 members
  • If there is only one group in any category, it will be considered as Super-8 group.
