India Inclusion Summit (IIS) is an inspirational platform that brings awareness and drives action on ground towards inclusion of people with disabilities at Corporates, Schools, Policy making bodies, NGO’s and Parent Associations. Since its inception in 2012, IIS has, to date, directly inspired the lives of over 3,000 people from different walks of life and has spread the message of inclusion to more than 1, 00,000 through its online presence.
We take this opportunity to proudly announce the 5th Edition of the India Inclusion Summit 2016 – Fighting for an Un-Reserved India, scheduled on November 18 – 19, 2016 at Hotel Park Plaza, Bengaluru.
The IIS 2016 is bringing together luminaries across diverse fields who are stalwarts united by a common purpose to make our society more inclusive:
‘Cloth Man of India’, Goonj Founder, Anshu Gupta, educated boring banker turned happy author, Amish Tripathy, Ashwini Ponnappa, an elite Indian badminton player, cricketer Vinay Kumar, Dr Sheetal Amte, a public health expert, disability specialist and social entrepreneur.
Inspiring you though their incredible journey, the likes of Damini Sen, a young foot painter from Raipur and an ‘Young Indians, Big Achievements’ awardee, co-founder of Spinal Cord Foundation of India and Ganga Trust, Vaidyanathan, an internationally acclaimed accessibility leader Haben Girma, who has earned recognition as a White House ‘Champion of Change’, Forbes 30 under 30 leader, and BBC Women of Africa Hero, and last but not the least, Felicia Shafiq, a senior support engineer with disability, who’ll be a part of the Canadian Paralympics Volleyball team taking place in Rio this summer concurrently with the Olympics.
