Yogamea's 200-hour Teacher Training Course is a residential course that brings you the full experience of what yoga actually means and how a true yogi lives. Yoga follows a tradition where you not only enrich your own life but also the lives of others. A true yogi is one who is compassionate and brings compassion to all he is in touch with and through this spreads peace in the world.

Techniques, Training & Practice – 100 hours
Teaching Methodology – 25 hours
Anatomy & Physiology – 20 hours
Yogic Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics – 20 hours
Practicum – 10 hours
Evaluation will be carried out only for those students who have a minimum of 90% attendance in all 4 weeks of training.

We provide 3 healthy vegetarian meals a day, as well as unlimited tea & water throughout the day. The menu is mostly Indian, but light & ayurvedic - designed to aid your yoga practice not hinder it and also give you a taste of the yogic sattvic diet. We can cater to most requirements e.g. vegan or gluten-free, just let us know your needs when booking!
We have a beautiful site overlooking Agonda River, within 5 minutes of the long stretch of Agonda Beach - our idea of paradise! The rooms are modern & comfortable, each with an en suite bathroom and a balcony. Our yoga studio is also on site!
Getting To Us
Flying to Goa is the closest, but you can also fly to Mumbai. If you are coming from within India, the nearest train stations are Madgao & Canacona. Let us know if you need advice on how best to reach us!
