Hata Yoga Practice upgrade program is a wonderful opportunity to review all the practices once again and also correct them to deepen your experience of the same.
Keeping this in mind, through the upgrade session we will:
Review and correct the practices:
It is very important that the Hata yoga practices happen correctly so as to get maximum benefits of the same and also to deepen your experience of sadhna. Hence we will be reviewing and also looking at the corrections of the practices.
Learning the Advanced version:
Since it has been a long time that you have been doing the practices, we thought now its time to take it one step further. Hence, we will be teaching the Advanced version of Upa Yoga, Angamardhana and Asanas. And we would like to introduce the inverted posture in the Asanas practice called Sarvanga Asana.
And finally some New Practices:
Simple yet Powerful yogic practice called Yoga Namaskar.
