About The Event

Classes for anyone  age 6 upwards .
Registrations by means of full payment, will be on first come first served basis. I may not be able to accommodate late entrants once I reach the required no. of students.
Classes conducted by Caroline Radhakrishnan.

Address -  Fraser Town , Bangalore 

Date - From May12th to May14th Tue.Wed.Thu (a 3 day continuous course)  
Time - 10 AM to 1 PM (please be punctual)

All those participants who make full payment by 10 May 2015 will be  given Gift on Day 1 of the course.
What you need to bring - A pen/pencil, a clipboard (exam board), an 
apron, a duster cloth, oven mitts /gloves (not compulsory) & an empty box to take home the samples.

Notes & recipe sheets will be provided that include equipment required in baking, ingredients used, general useful baking tips etc .
All baking ingredients will be provided & you will get to sample all the baked products.
Aprons/gloves & other baking equipment including Silicon products will be available on sale at the venue for those who need to buy.
Ingredients that are not easily available will also be procured for those who place orders ... depending on availability.

Please note -

This will be a BASIC baking course ... suitable for beginners & those who know a bit of baking but want to improve their techniques & learn more about 
baking different types of products.
The course will be theory as well as recipe based.
Basic cakes, cookies, breads & desserts will be covered (Items such as pound cake, chocolate cake with basic icing, chocolate brownies, nan khatai cookies, choco chip cookies, shaped dinner rolls, bread sticks, pizzas, mousse - or similar items will be covered).
There will be a demo of 9 recipes in total & another 6 extra recipes will be provided on print.

Future advanced courses (if being held) will be mainly recipe based since the basics & theory will 
have already been covered this time.
There will be Nuts & Eggs used in certain products & gelatin in certain products. 
Those who will not use gelatin will be informed of other veg options but there will be no demo.

Kindly Note that Payment will be in full & in advance (latest by the start of the first day of the course).
No Refund on Cancellation !!
In case of power failure during the class, the entire procedure will be demonstrated (other than the final baking) ... & a prebaked sample will be given to the participants so that they can taste the product.
