  1. Please contact us with your names, contact information and company details for provisional confirmation.
  2. Once you receive provisional confirmation, please pay the seminar fee of Rs. 6,000/- per participant (all inclusive). This seminar fee includes buffet lunch, tea/coffee, snacks and stationary.  Payment can be made via Cheque / DD / Online Funds transfer.  Cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of "Navigot Exports & Imports Enterprises” and made payable at Bangalore. For online/NEFT payment details, please contact us.
  3. You may avail of bulk registration discounts, if applicable. (10% off - For registration of two participants, 15% off - For bulk registration of three or more participants)
  4. Your seminar registrations will be confirmed through email after full payment is received by us.
  5. Please bring a printout of the registration confirmation email along with your govt. photo ID to the seminar venue for verification purpose.

  1. Registrations will not be accepted without full payment in advance.
  2. The language of the Seminar will be English.
  3. Substitutions / Cancellations: Substitutions can be made at any time up to the event with prior written intimation to us and it will be done at no extra cost. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations, if any.
  4. We reserve the right to change the seminar presenter/s, venue, date, schedule, content and/or cancel a seminar without assigning any prior notice. When this is the case, seminar registrants, if they so desire, can obtain a refund of the registration cost in full. We are not responsible for other associated expenses, whatsoever.
  5. Seminar Participants’ Roles & Responsibilities: Seminar Participants will be solely responsible for their general well-being, valuables and other personal belongings during the course of the seminar. All Seminar Participants must be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, presenters, and other Participants throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Also, Seminar Participants are advised to be mindful of the facilities provided at the seminar venue and use them responsibly and with due care.  Any damage to the seminar facilities which may be caused by or attributed to the seminar participant/s will be the responsibility of the participant/s.
