Success depends on your level of influence. Do you sell your ideas and recommendations effectively to your various stakeholders? Unless you can be persuasive about their merit, you will be ignored. Do you want to learn how to communicate effectively with people and also to pitch proposals with greater impact ? The tools for successful influencing and persuasive communication are readily available in this training programme.
The objective of this training programme is to offer to participants practical skills and tools for communicating more powerfully and persuasively in any situation. Applying these tools will help participants to become more influential and to persuade others in a calm and competent manner - both at work and in their private lives. Participants will learn about communication style differences, practice adapting their own style to effectively engage with difficult listeners and how to build trust and circles of influence.
The workshop is based on Cialdini’s six principles of influence, the Maister Trust Equation and the four Social Styles. The training will include a self-assessment and a-person-to-be-influenced assessment as well as exercises and games.
