About The Event

About Place: Dudh Sagar Waterfall is one of the highest water falls in India, and among the hundred highest waterfalls in the world. It lies in the southern part of Goa at Mollem, towards the border with Karnataka state. Dudh Sagar, literally means a Sea of Milk in the local Konkanni language, and gets its name as it appears like an overflowing sea of milk.









Day 1: Start from Hyderabad to Castle Rock  
Day 2: Reach Castle rock by 11 am and start following the railway trails leading to Dudhsagar, awesome jawdropping canopy  
15.00 reach dudhsagar and camping in our tents  
21.00 dinner and sleep in tents  
Day 3: 05.00 wake up call and photo session of the environment
8.00 am start back to castle rock  
13.00 reach londa station board back train to hyderabad  
Day 4: Reach Hyderabad by 6 30 am  

Know the environment: This is a walk through the jungle trek following the railway tracks expect to find leeches , snakes and some wild life and camping outside prone to mosquitoes so insect repellent or odomos cream is a must .

What to wear: travelling through tropical rain forest in amidst of monsoons , high precipitation and high humidity , so easily changeable clothes and as many pairs of socks as possible.  

What to bring:

Rain Poncho

trekking shoes  
Torch with 2additionalspare batteries  
track pants swim shorts & extra pair of inner garments.  
sleeping bag  
2 half sleeve tee shirts  
toiletries ( Brush , tooth paste, soap ,shampoo etc)  
sun screen  
sun glasses  
hat or cap as it will be hot afternoons  
electrol or glucose  
A strong Back-Pack (preferably water proof).  
any medications physician prescribed  
2 emergency note with your name ,address, emergency contact number.

Difficulty: 16 km of walking, completely wet and with luggage

Guidelines: We like the group size to be between 16 plus 2 organizers , first come first serve.  
*This is to let u know that every weekend the expected crowd would be more than 300 people to dudhsagar from Hyd , BAngalore , Chennai and pune . So be prepared for it .it could be over crowded.  

No Refunds in case of cancellations and replacements possible uptill one week before trek date,beyond that no replacements .
