DRAMATIC SPACES: A journey from within to without
What is an expression? Is it merely to connect, to communicate or is it an innate human desire to question, to explore? When we express, are we already aware of our selves or do we discover new possibilities in those serendipitous moments?
This objective of this short session is to emphasize on internalizing an emotion and explore different methods to express it using techniques from the world of drama and music. Exploring emotions through text, music and dance, exploring body rhythms with percussion and other musical instruments. To develop a synergy between our mind and our body. To discover new possibilities by exploring the dramatic space within ourselves and the fearlessness to express it.
That’s the journey from within to without
Requirements for the participants:
- comfortable clothes: Tracks, t-shirts. Avoid tight fitting clothes, skirts,etc.
- Humility combined with ethical egoism
- Sketch pens and note pads
- Enthusiasm
