The aim of this tour is to give you a one of a kind whirlwind view of Delhi's heart and soul - Delhi 6! We will meet outside Haldirams Sweets in Chandni Chowk & move towards Town Hall. Here I'll tell you about Town Hall's history and current status. Moreover, your will also get to know the history and interesting details about the whole Chandni Chowk market, the sellers, the merchandise, the food, and all that comes to mind! Next, we enter Ballimaran, a huge wholesales market full of shoes & opticals mainly, where we will see Ghalib's Haveli and get to know about one of the most famous Urdu and Persian poets during the Mughal Empire. Then, through Chawri Bazaar (talking about the largest in the country wholesale markets there), we will enter the beautiful Jama Masjid. We will discuss about its history, architecture and other details. We will also climb up the minaret and get a splendid 360 degree view of the city. It's an awesome place to get pictures! Lastly, we will enjoy the Mughlai delicacies around Jama Masjid. Kebabs, Biryani, Nahari, Stew, Qorma, etc. We'll try some interesting sweet dishes as well like Shahi Tukda, Moong Dal ka halwa, phirni, Gond ka halwa.
