About the workshop:
Two highly experienced professionals take you through the best practices on making a very effective customer communication in the digital world. The workshop will have two parts. In the first half we shall cover how to reach out to the customer digitally, and in the second we learn how to talk to the customer once we have reached him. The knowledge we are going to share will be useful to all start-up companies, SME’s and also to marketing executives of large companies.
Purpose of this workshop:
Digital communication is already a huge phenomenon in Marketing and Advertising. However, the rules of engagement are very different from the traditional interruptive advertising as the customer decides whether to engage in a conversation with the brand and he has a very short attention span. Sumo Banerjee is an advertising strategic planner with 21 years of experience. His specialisation is comprehensive planning of direct-to-consumer communication using all channels - online and offline.
