About The Event

On Sunday September 25th, more than 50,000 dapper riders in over 500 cities across 90 countries will unite for the world’s largest motorcycling charity event upon their classic & vintage styled motorcycles, will don their cravats, tweak their moustaches, press their tweed and sit astride their classic and vintage styled motorcycles to raise funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer research and suicide prevention. The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in Sydney, Australia. It was inspired by a photo of Mad Men’s Don Draper astride a classic bike and wearing his finest suit.Themed ride is a great way to combat the often negative stereotype of men on motorcycles, whilst connecting niche motorcycle communities together.- Inviting all Riders - Bearded, clean shaven, Women, Family, LBGT, Pets etc... Event Hosted by Bangalore Beard Club!

Bangalore Beard Club is Proud to Host and organise the world's largest charitable motorcycle event for owners of classic and vintage styled bikes on Sunday September 25th 2016. 

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride brings together over 50,000 well dressed gentlefolk on stunning motorcycles for Men's Health across 90 countries. The goal for 2016 is to raise awareness and $5m for Prostate Cancer Research and Suicide Prevention Programs.


Grouping @ 7:00 AM.

Briefing @ 7:30 AM.

Flag-Off @ 8:00 AM (Its a huge gathering, subjected to a delay of 30-40 mins).

NOTE : Prior registration at is COMPULSORY (If you are seeing this, means you've already registered, please do not share around, but ask your friends to register and donate) Also, we will get clear head count for neceaasry arrangements !

Despite the title, "Distinguished Ladies" are of course most welcome !

Please note that a dress code is "mandatory" for this event. The code is: formal / retro / vintage clothing / traditional or ethnic Indian. 

A dress code is also in force for your motorcycle ! Please be sure that it looks at its best, polished and clean.

The most interesting part : MOTORCYCLES :

All Royal Enfields, classic styled Harley Davidsons, Yezdis, Jawas, Triumphs, Indians, Nortons, AJS, Matchless, Rajdoots, Lambrettas, Two stroke motorcycles (Yamaha RX100, Kawasaki KB100 etc.) and scooters, All Bajaj, Priya, LML and Vespa, Three digits registration no scooters (like DLE, UCF etc.) can join the ride.

Respect is mandatory. We will not just dress like gentlemen but behave in a manner that is appropriate and respectful of each other. Attendees found misbehaving in any slightest form will be removed/arrested by police immediately.

The morning mood will be elevated by precisely selected 80's western classic music.

While all gentlemen and damsels gather, relax and chit-chat, we offer exquisite refreshments at START POINT - Cubbon Park Press Club

Brunch Fee : INR 1500.00 per person.

There'll be short round of discussion on motorcycling, Yoga, Health & Grooming by righteous guests and a brief on PROSTATE CANCER.
