Certified Scrum Product Owner :: Bangalore :: CSPO Workshop + Certification by Leanpitch : March 12-13

About The Event

Scrum is the most popular and seemingly simple Agile method. In this training you will learn how it works and how to be Product Owner.

Scrum is one of the most popular agile software development methods. It creates transparency and makes it easier to steer product development. Even though Scrum is simple, it is not easy. To successfully implement Scrum, one must have deeper understanding on why things are done in a certain way in Scrum.

Unlike in traditional methods, all requirements and details are not defined beforehand. Requirements are refined during the project benefitting the knowledge created while doing. The goal is to implement the features that create most value. The Product Owner is responsible of maximizing the value with the given resources.

Certified Scrum Product Owner -training prepares participants to this challenging role. After the course they can create a realistic project plan, refine requirements the right way and make the right prioritization choices. They can also work fluently with the development team and stakeholders.
