About The Event

Bangalore and Szechwan Court at The Oberoi has been home for Chef Liang Cheng for the last 2. 5 years and he loves the city and its people and presenting his food to guests spanning the whole globe.

The dishes demonstrated by Chef Liang Cheng and Arup Kakati will be Kimchi salad, vegetarian hot & sour soup and crispy lotus stem. This will be followed by the lunch menu - demonstration and meal - consisting of:

  • Vegetarian hot and sour soup
  • Crisp Lotus stem 
  • Chicken Kungpao / Silken tofu in Szechwan Sauce
  • Vegetable soft noodles 
  • Caramelised onion fried rice with mixed vegetables 
  • Chef’s choice dessert 
  • Jasmine tea
