Sanjay Mehta - CEO, Social Wavelength

Sanjay Mehta is Joint CEO, Social Wavelength. Sanjay is bachelor of engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and a master of science from University of Southern California, USA. He started his career as a Director in the Alpha, an Electrical and Electronics Engineering business. In 1997 he co-founded Homeindia.com, one of India's earliest Internet businesses. Homeindia.com was an e-retail business, selling ethnic Indian products to customers all over the world. Post divestment of stake in Homeindia.com in 2007, Sanjay was COO at Compare Infobase Ltd., a Delhi based large Internet business.

Sanjay has been an avid Social Media practitioner, including being a blogger since 2004, active participant in several social networks, and an active Tweeter as well. Putting together his keen understanding of Internet businesses and his passion for Social Media, Sanjay founded Social Wavelength in April 2009. The company is off to a good start, in this hot space of Social Media.
