Biography of Ms. Renu Mattoo:
Renu is an English (Hons.) from Delhi University, and a Post Graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur, where her special interest lay in Organisation Behaviour. She was awarded the Hindustan Lever Scholarship for both years, and also two gold medals – The Abdul Bari and The Kumarappa – for academic excellence. She taught post-graduate management students at XLRI for nearly 16 years. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Renu was also faculty head for placement from 1980 to 1992.
Executives from over 600 companies in India and abroad have attended Renu’s training programmes. Her niche areas include Global Business Etiquette, and Presentation and Communication Skills. Renu Mattoo has written over 350 articles, and been published abroad and in India. She is a regular column contributor on `Business Etiquette’ to India’s premier HR journal, 'Human Capital'.
Top business journals and magazines, TV Channels such as BBC have written and featured her work. Renu travels abroad extensively and often, to learn about global etiquette and to train. She enjoys crossword puzzles, Sudoku, and reading and has a personal library of over 12,000 books.
