Business Plan is the key element for an entrepreneur in the lifecycle of his/her startup. It is required to communicate the essential elements of the business to investors, employees and key customers. This workshop is aimed at helping all entrepreneurs create a formal business plan for their business.

 


About the Speaker


Amit Grover, Founder and CEO of Nurture Talent Academy, is an IIT Delhi and IIM Indore alumnus. He has previously worked with Infosys, Asian Paints and Onida in multiple functions like strategy, sales, marketing and software. He is also a member of Mumbai Angels, India's premium group of angel investors and has led over 25 early stage deals in last 4 years. He is also a mentor with ET Power of Ideas, and regularly speaks to media about entrepreneurship issues like ET Starting Up, CNBC Awaaz Entrepreneur, and Yourstory.in


The workshop will follow below agenda:

30 min - Introductions and networking
60 min - Key elements of business plan - financials, marketing, team, assumptions
60 min - Standard formats for presentation, excel and word templates
30 min - Dos and donts, Common mistakes in a business plan
60 min - One to one mentoring session

You also get a chance to learn from successful entrepreneurs and investors.
